1. Where are you located?

We operate a monobrand platform for online luxury retail. We are a separate legal organization that is not formally connected to, affiliated with, authorized by, endorsing, or authorized by any of the brands that are listed on our website or Instagram. We don't have a real store. Virtual viewing is something we can offer.

2. Why do you not have a store?

High-end, traditional luxury firms have always viewed physical stores as their primary distribution method. These high-end luxury brands are increasingly going online. Our experience demonstrates that high-net-worth individuals' purchasing decisions are becoming more and more influenced by technology. Citing research, it may be said that at least 40% of all luxury purchases are influenced in some manner by a consumer's online experience. Most frequently, this digital luxury consumer experience is had while conducting product research online, participating in social media discussions, or perusing a luxury brand's website.

The brand we feature and any other high-end luxury brands are not officially affiliated with Zagat Boutique, which is a third-party online distribution network.

 

3. What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 11pm, and Saturday, Sunday from 10am to 9pm, Poland time (GMT + 01:00 hrs). Please feel free to contact us outside of our regular business hours, however we cannot guarantee a reply until the next business day.

4. Where and how do you ship?

We ship worldwide with global courier companies like DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc. All shipments are with tracking. Estimated shipping time is up to 3-14 business days for most part of the world, baring unforeseen circumstances.

5. What modes of payments do you accept?

1) PayPal Secure Checkout on the website is our preferred form of payment.

2) Bank wire - international or domestic bank wire to our company’s bank account.

3) Credit Cards - we also accept all major credit card payment and provide discount. Also we are able to offer a discount if you choose direct PayPal payment (Friends and Family), MoneyGram or Western Union, please inquire.

We do not provide instalment plans.

6. Do you work with other vendors / resellers?

We work globally with a select group of experienced vendors, resellers, concierge companies, buyers of these luxury merchandise.
